As an employer, you agree to:

• Post only legitimate job opportunities
• Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Comply with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws
• Use candidate information only for recruitment purposes
• Pay all applicable fees for premium services
• Not post jobs that require upfront payment from candidates

Users must not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Platform for spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
• Post content that is offensive, discriminatory, or harmful
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform

Platform Content

All content on MiningConnect, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

Feedback

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without compensation or attribution.

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee job placement, the accuracy of job listings, or the success of recruitment efforts.

Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for content posted by users or third parties, including job listings and user profiles.

Service Availability

We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MININGCONNECT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Process

Any disputes shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Australian arbitration rules.
